At True Tail Supply, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience an issue with your order, we're here to help.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost during transit, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Returns

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we do not require customers to return products unless specifically requested by our support team.

Return shipping costs, when applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Products damaged through misuse.

  • Items returned without prior approval.

  • Products marked as final sale.

  • Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Delivery Delays

Shipping times may vary depending on location, customs processing, weather conditions, and carrier delays. Delivery delays alone do not qualify for a refund if the package remains in transit.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
